1. Who We Are

Maison Store Ltd ("Maison Store") is an independent online retailer offering wigs, bundles, haircare and electrical tools. Maison Store Ltd operates separately from Maison Style, the salon business. Orders placed via maisonstore.co.uk are managed exclusively by Maison Store Ltd.

2. Products

Our products include wigs, hair bundles, styling tools and haircare products. Availability is subject to stock and may change at any time without notice.

  • Wigs & Bundles: Due to hygiene, returns are only accepted if the items are unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
  • Haircare Products: Must be returned unused and sealed.
  • Electrical Goods: Can be returned unopened, or if faulty, within the return period.

3. Orders

All prices are in GBP. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, stock availability or suspected misuse.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept in-store returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase. Returns for online orders must be requested by email.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
  • Worn or opened wigs/bundles cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Shipping

We offer tracked worldwide shipping, charged at checkout based on your location. Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Customs charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Secure Checkout

Payments are processed securely via Shopify's payment gateways. We do not store payment information. All data is encrypted for your protection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and branding — is the property of Maison Store Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Liability

Maison Store is not responsible for damage caused by improper product use. Always follow usage instructions and consult a professional if unsure.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
