You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left with a neighbour or in another safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 days of the order being placed, however this can vary due to stock availability. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a ‘next working day’ courier delivery service for all orders dispatched by us. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands.

Out of Stock
If an item is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’ it simply means it is currently out of stock at our distribution centre. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured that we are working behind the scenes to get this item back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock the ‘Add to Basket’ button will re-appear.
Delivery Notification Service
If your order is dispatched from our distribution centre we’ll pass your Mobile Phone Number to our courier company, which enables them to notify you throughout the various stages of delivery. Please look out for these SMS Messages as they will include the hour ‘window’ that your order is expected to delivered in and therefore increase your chances of being in when your order arrives.

Immaculé Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. When you register on this site, some personal information including your name, e-mail address and invoice/delivery addresses are collected by us. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order. This information is held securely and CHB complies fully with the applicable data protection and consumer legislation. We treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
We do not pass your information onto other companies.

Returns Policy for Consumers
Immaculé Ltd wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive exchange and refund service.

If once you receive your product(s) and for any reason are unhappy then you can return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Our only stipulation is that the item(s) reach us unused, unopened and in saleable condition.
You can return your products for a full refund (minus postage costs) if they are unopened and in a saleable condition to the address below.
Email us at email@example.com and let us know what products you will be returning. Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely. Immaculé Ltd cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process. We, therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post.
Once we have received the items, a refund will be actioned within 14 days.
If for any reason you have been sent the wrong product or desired size and it is our fault we will be happy to pay for the return postage cost and send you out the correct product at no additional charge. If you have placed an order and subsequently wish to change your original product choice, or accidentally placed an order for the wrong product we will be happy to exchange or refund you for the original product.

Cancelling Your Order
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of placing the order. If you have completed our checkout process and your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately and refund you the full amount.
If we have dispatched your order, you still have the right to cancel. This must be done in writing to email@example.com commencing from when you received your order.
Goods must then be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the customer’s expense.

Create an account with us before making a purchase. This allows you to store all order history, shipping and billing details to save you time when re-ordering. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive flash offers and new product information. You can browse the website by clicking on the categories at the top. When you click onto a product you simply choose your colour (if a hair product) and quantity then click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The item(s) will be added to your shopping cart ready to go through to the checkout process. When all products you wish to purchase are in your cart you will be asked to login, if you are not already logged in, before you make your purchase. The checkout process takes you through a few simple steps to fill out the relevant information until you have finalised your order. Your payment will be taken on the items being dispatched. All orders taken Monday – Friday before 2.30pm will be dispatched within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email of your order which also states ‘your contract to purchase these items is not complete the items have been dispatched to you.’ If no email is sent to you, please contact our office to make sure the order has been successfully made. Coupons & Discount Codes – Coupon codes can only be used singularly and not in conjunction with any other offers. We do not allow multiple offers to be claimed together.
Immaculé Ltd will not be held responsible for the way in which you use the product or products that you have purchased from our website once it has left our office/warehouse. We won’t accept responsibility if any hair is put in incorrectly, cared for incorrectly or damaged due to the following – perming, colouring or cutting. Immaculé Ltd recommends you read all instructions before use. We recommend that all professional products should be used by trained hair extension stylists. Hair & fibre colours will vary on your computer due to different monitor resolution so we recommend you colour match the hair with our colourings available. If not you can call the office for advice. Human Hair extensions can be coloured by professional hairdressers. Some images used may be used as reference only and the product you receive may differ to what may be shown, please see item descriptions for an up to date specification of products.
All goods must be paid for in full before they can be dispatched. Payment is taken when the order has been picked and packed and awaiting dispatch.
VAT & Tax Charges
VAT is chargeable at 20% on all purchases from the UK. VAT is included in Consumer prices and excluded in professional prices.
Payment – All prices are in Great British Pounds Sterling £. We accept most major credit & debit cards. DO NOT send credit or debit card details by e-mail as this is unsafe. Our web store is extremely secure and should be the only method of payment.
Shipping and Handling
All parcels will be sent to the address provided in the “ship to” part of the order process. You can find more detailed information about shipping options on our Delivery Pages.
The shipping costs are always displayed in the order process and there is an option to estimate shipping and taxes in the shopping cart. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Courier annual rises.
Amendments to Orders
We cannot amend an order that has already been processed and dispatched. If you would like to amend the order you can call the office or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to action any changes.
In the event of any unwanted product(s) you must notify that you want a refund within 14 days of receiving the products. You may return them unopened and unused in a resalable condition within 28 days of first receiving the products, along with any other items / free gifts received with it, for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a resalable condition and will not be accepted back if worn or opened. Postage charges will apply if exchanged for another item, in order for us to send the new product. If we have sent the incorrect product please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order via email or phone. If we have sent an incorrect order we will replace and reimburse you for all postage costs. Once we have received your products back we will replace and reimburse you for the postage it cost to return to us. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. You must include your name and address with a copy of your purchase invoice along with your reason for the return.
Refunds will be issued within a week of receiving a return or cancellation request.
Refunds by Courier
If you are not home when the courier delivers your goods they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to us the sender. If you fail to get a redelivery as instructed and it is returned to us, you will be contacted and may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you. You are liable for any surcharges up to a maximum of £15 that the courier charges us to have it returned to the sender.
We will always protect and respect your privacy. We will not disclose or pass on information about our customers to any third party. We do not send you any unsolicited Emails other than information regarding your order, offers or any updates to the website and stock when you have opted into our newsletter.
